Dedric Polite is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Be Polite Properties and oversees every aspect of the business. He is a well-respected real estate investor who has invested in the multi-family sector for over 10 years.
He began his real estate investing career when he purchased his first multifamily apartment building at the age of 25, less than 3 years after graduating from Amherst College. He completed the Business Bridge Program at Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business, and has also taught digital marketing classes at the Harvard's Innovation Lab.

After graduating from Northeastern University in 2002 with a degree in business Mrs. Polite spent 7 years honing her real estate industry expertise as a Manager at a large property valuation firm.
She had extensive experience in real estate, BPOs, real estate appraisals, managing people, customer service teams and vendor relationships.
